Physical merchandise may be returned within 90 days of purchase as long as it is in new, unmarked, re-sellable condition. If the item was purchased as part of a kit, and all items are also sold separately, the refund would equal the total kit price less the regular price of items kept.
Veritas Press will provide return instructions with an RMA for approved returns.
The customer is responsible for return shipping expenses, except in the event that the original order was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
If your product is damaged or defective, pictures will need to be provided. Returns sent back within 90 days of purchase without an RMA, or according to return Instructions may incur up to a 15% restocking fee due to additional processing cost.
Returns sent back outside of 90 days of purchase are not eligible for a refund.
Please pack returned merchandise carefully to avoid damage in shipping. Damaged items will be discarded without refund or shipped back at the family’s cost. If items are returned using USPS, we recommend insuring the package.
Once we receive the items according to the instructions provided, the return will be processed, refunded to the original form of payment used, and confirmation of its completion sent. If a refund is due, and the original form of payment is unable to be processed, a refund check will be issued to the billing address on file. If an exchange has been requested, a confirmation email regarding all relevant details will be provided.
